Commissioned data processing agreement ( GDPR)
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been applicable since 25 May 2018. In Art. 28 GDPR, this requires a regulation on commissioned data processing between you (the controller) and us, the Adresslabor (the contractor).
We process personal data from your company if you send us further information in addition to the pure address (address check), e.g. name, telephone number or the e-mail addresses.
